Adapted Yoga 

Every body is different. Shape, size, ability and strength.

Our intention is to work with the body, not against it. We adapt the instruction and practice of yoga in a safe and mindful way.

Step Challenge

The Imagine Step Challenge is a weekly walking club where we continuously train to participate in upcoming 5KM Community Walks! You won’t want to miss it!

Nutrition Planning

The most important component of Nutrition Planning is that it's unique to the individual; every aspect of their life is taken into consideration. Nutrition Planning is not a diet; it's a lifestyle.

Dance Fit Fun

Our classes are upbeat, fun and get the blood flowing! Each class begins with a cardio warm up, followed by a choreographed dance portion, ending with a relaxing stretch and cool down.

Birthday Parties

Our Birthday Dance Parties are customized to your son/daughter's wants! We can teach Jazz, Hip Hop, Ballet, do fun Dance Games, or teach a Choreographed Dance such as Michael Jackson's Thriller or Fortnite Dance Moves!

Meditation & Mindfulness

Through meditation, our team will teach you techniques such as mindfulness to achieve a mentally clear, emotionally strong and stable state.

Check out our weekly virtual adapted and accessible schedule for a variety of engaging wellness sessions! We are happy to share that our virtual schedule has helped to support the community in staying connected, finding regular and safe movement and connection, while caring for one's mental, physical and emotional health during these interesting times.
